Coffee, Hip-Hop, and Mental Health

Coffee, Hip-Hop, and Mental Health is on a mission to bring awareness of the importance of mental health, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness to one’s quality of life, particularly in the black community. Their primary service is to provide access to mental health and therapeutic services by removing the financial, systemic, and emotional barriers which prevent healing. If you live in Chicago, you can also find community events at their coffee shop located at 1051 W. Belmont, Chicago, IL.

The Loveland Foundation Logo

The Loveland Foundation is committed to showing up for communities of color in unique and powerful ways, with a particular focus on Black women and girls. They are a non-profit offering free therapy to Black women and girls. If you are a Black woman or girl who would like financial assistance seeking therapy, you can apply to the Therapy fund (which reopens quarterly).
