Perspectives, Ltd. (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application (the “Application” or the “app”). The Application and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Perspectives, Ltd., on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the app and service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, Perspectives Ltd provides no warranty or undertaking and makes no representation of any kind that the service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

When you are using the app, it is important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and always correct, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Perspectives Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience because of relying on this functionality of the app.
From time-to-time, we may wish to update the Application. The app is currently available on Android and iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Depending on the update, you may not be able to use the app until you have downloaded the latest version of the app and accepted any new terms and conditions. Perspectives Ltd does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, we may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
