Perspectives Highlights Message from Bernie Dyme

To our valued customers, clients, partners and friends,

At Perspectives, we remain committed to you and your well-being and that of your people and organizations. As the need for mental health services skyrockets, we've focused on enhancements to make mental health care more accessible to those in need—nationally and internationally.

Most importantly, our licensed team, proven processes, and digital technology ensure that people are connected to the right care quickly.

Here we celebrate just a few of the incredible new and enhanced offerings that support our promise to positively impact more lives and organizations in the years ahead.

  • Introduced new Perspectives Mobile App

    • This new app is a sleeker, more comprehensive, upgraded version of our former app. It's an easy, confidential, and secure way to access your Perspectives' support services and curated resources.

  • Enhanced our WorkLife and Student Life Online Portal

    • This platform continues to be improved with accessibility and quality in mind. As a part of the Perspectives assistance program (EAP/MAP/SAP), you have any time access to skill-building courses, assessments, forms, calculators, videos, articles, and more to feel your best at work, school, home, and in your community.

  • Finalized partnership with BetterHelp

    • We followed our rigorous vetting process to identify and secure this partnership. This allows us to thoughtfully grow our full network of providers to increase access and connect you to care and support even faster.

  • Offered Wellness Coaching

    • These individualized sessions with certified coaching professionals are designed to help tap into program users’ goals and motivations and increase the likelihood of lasting positive change. Contact your Account Manager to learn more.

  • Implemented the CAT-MH Screening Tool for mental health disorders

    • This innovative technology is a major advancement in the EAP and behavioral health fields. The beta-tested, data precision and reporting capabilities are hugely impactful.  This data-driven care approach will enable the most holistic and comprehensive path to recovery and emotional well-being.

  • Delivered mental health support programs for first responders

    • Our Annual Behavioral Health Review Program, a program to provide resilience and behavioral health support to first responders, continues to be in high demand, especially with the IL SAFE-T Act.

  • Extended Live Chat and Introduced Online Intake

    • We launched, enhanced, and introduced more ways to access care. We increased Live Chat hours to connect to a licensed counselor. The online intake form is another option to access personalized support and care quickly.  As always, individuals can call or text 24/7 for in-the-moment support.

  • Established our organizational consulting Network of Expertise

    • The ever-growing bench of highly qualified and extensively vetted consultants, trainers, coaches, and facilitators work together with our EAP teams. We deliver a comprehensive approach to help organizations focus on the well-being of their people through custom workforce strategies, organizational development, and support to create inclusive and equitable cultures.

  • Built a growing resource library

    • We continue to produce on-demand, shareable resources to support mental, emotional, social, financial, and professional well-being. The website houses a resource library, including mindfulness videos, searchable by topic.

What's More: We've now launched this new and improved website!

We are proud to be a well-being partner for more than 40 years, providing employee, member, and student assistance programs (EAP, MAP, SAP), organizational consulting, and therapy.

This past year has confirmed that Perspectives' greatest strength is our incredible people and the purpose we share.

Every day our leaders, therapists, account managers, and support team members remind us that when your calling is to help people lead healthier lives—so much is possible!

With gratitude,

Bernie Dyme
