EAP Coverage Sees Steep Increase
December 19, 2011
A report from Business Insurance shows that the number of
lives covered by EAPs, specifically the top 10 EAPs, is
drastically growing. Since 2002, the number of total lives covered
has jumped 318 percent, from 37.4 million in 2002 to 156.9
million in 2011. Perspectives Ltd has been featured in Business
Insurance's sister publication, Workforce Management, as part of
their EAP Hot List.

Perspectives' COO To Join SHRP Committee
April 26, 2011
Chris Kunze, Perspectives Ltd's Chief Operating Officer, has
been invited to serve on the Strategic Partnership Committee of the
Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRP). With more than
1,000 members, SHRP suppports HR professionals in the Chicago
metropolitan area and is the largest chapter of the HR organization
the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Perspectives Ltd is Remodeling--and Renaming

On April 1st, Perspectives changed the name of
Perspectives Online to WorkLife Online.
Our customer organization and their employees still have access
to all their services - the only change is to the name of our
online services.
While the impact of this change should be minimal, we do hope
that it better communicates the value and benefits of our online

Bernie Dyme to Serve On National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention Workplace Task Force

Bernie Dyme, President and CEO of Perspectives Ltd, a
Chicago-based employee assistance program (EAP) company, has been
invited to serve on the Workplace Task Force for the National
Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention.
"It is my hope, and that of the rest of the Workplace Task
Force, that we can help organizations learn how to communicate with
employees experiencing depression or suicidal issues so that they
can seek help," said Dyme.
The "Action Alliance" is a public-private partnership working to
advance a national strategy for suicide prevention. The
Workplace Task Force, one of several task forces within the
alliance, aims to establish objectives for prevention within
businesses and organizations.
