Perspectives Ltd Acquires Creative Care Management
Perspectives Ltd is pleased to announce that we have acquired
Creative Care Management (CCM), another Chicago-based EAP company
with a high-touch service delivery model and philosophy similar to
our own.
We're excited about this purchase because it allows us to deepen
our footprint in the education and small government categories and
increase our presence in the Chicagoland area. Former CCM
CEO, Mike
Davis, has also joined Perspectives as Vice President of
Account Services to ensure a seamless transition and support
business development.
In addition, customers of both companies can expect a consistent
or enhanced service experience. Enhanced services provided to CCM
customers will include: access to a wider array of services, 24/7
call center support staffed by Masters-level counselors, and
increased communications support - to encourage utilization of the
EAP benefit within the workplace.
