We resolve most issues - five (5) out of six (6) cases -
within our EAP. That's a different approach than that taken
by many of our competitors, which incent their call center staff to
refer clients directly into the mental health / substance abuse
benefit, triggering increase cost expenditures.
The small percentage of cases that do need more intensive
services beyond what is provided by Perspectives EAP are carefully
assessed and then matched with providers that can best serve the
client's actual need.
For those cases that do require benefit-covered mental health
and chemical dependency treatment, we provide the following
services:

- Retrospective review
- Individualized case management
- Provider network discounts & management
- ERISA complaint appeals process
- Detailed and timely bottom-line reporting
